At Celestris Technology, we strive to provide the highest quality IT services to our clients. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, provided that the service has not been utilized or delivered.

Refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, and certain services may not be eligible for refunds. Custom software development, digital products, and other specialized services may have different refund policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
